What draws me to architecture is the idea that a design can start as a model on a screen and eventually become a real space that people use every day. I enjoy the mix of creativity and technical problem-solving that goes into making something both functional and visually interesting.

A lot of my interest came from working with CAD. As a lead CAD designer on my high school robotics team, I have spent a lot of time designing parts, fitting systems together, and changing designs when something does not work as expected. That taught me how important dimensions, constraints, and small details can be.

I also designed a sports center concept for a high school construction competition using Autodesk Fusion. That project was different from robotics because I had to think on a much larger scale about layout, space, and how people would actually use the facility. It made me want to learn more about how architects take an idea and develop it into a real, buildable environment.
