Why I want to work in architecture

Good architecture design should make people want to be in a space. Recently, there has been a rise in hostile architecture. Its intended purpose was to discourage the people from loitering there, but now they are not the only ones impacted. An example would be how a some bus stops only have a rail to lean against. As opposed to countries like the UAE and Korea. Both have features like Environmental Control, free Wi-Fi, and charging ports. The Cheonggyecheon Stream Restoration Project in Korea is a project that I found very meaningful. When I first heard about the project, I found it fascinating that a river could still be there even after being covered by a highway. It's such an inspirational project, especially when seeing rivers and waterways, like the LA river, that are completely concrete. There could be so many improvements not only for people but also the environment.
